For the last 50 years, we have experienced more women applying for higher management positions because someone inspired them to believe in themselves! We are talking about 0-1 female leader in the 70s,80s,90s to now having the number grow by 63%. This means we have had more female leaders as time went by. At the Norfolk, we give individuals a platform to grow based on merit. Working hard and passionately pursuing your career path has created a wave of ambitious women who want to be more than just a number.
