At Sarova Hotels and Resorts, the Covid-19 season became the most dynamic season; it required us to think fast of new ways to adapt, be flexible, and maintain stability in the hospitality space.

Here are some of the changes that happened to keep you safe during your stay at our hotels and lodges.

1. Temperature check at every hotel entrance.
2. Automatic sanitiser dispensers were installed at the entrance and at different points within our hotels and lodges.
3. Luggage sanitising points at every entry point in our hotels and lodges.
4. Introduction of a daily sanitary kit in rooms; each kit has a mask and a sanitiser.
5. We rearranged conference and hotel sitting arrangements to observe the social distance.
6. All rooms are UVC sanitised after every guest check out.
7. All furniture that you come in contact with are sanitised at regular intervals.
8. All room key cards are sanitised before being handed to the next guest.
9. All our employees and guests keep masks on throughout their stay.
10. We introduced delicious immune boosters fresh juices.
